- Monitor the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours on a daily basis, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Provide information and answer inquiries regarding the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours.
- Support events such as sleepovers, scout days, and game weekends.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with point of sale equipment is preferred.
- Highly dependable and reliable at all times.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
