About the Role
This is a night shift, full-time position with a 0.9 FTE / 36 hours per week schedule. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
