Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a reputable children's hospital in Wilmington, DE.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac intensive care
- Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
