- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and support.
- Current RN license and valid state certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing, with a focus on wound care.
- Excellent clinical skills, including wound assessment and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
