RMA and Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Repair Center Clerk to manage our RMA program and inventory at Watchfire Signs LLC. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and a passion for problem solving.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance and training to customers as part of our customer service group.
- Process outgoing advance-shipped replacements and incoming RMA cores, ensuring timely delivery of parts and services.
- Research customer issues and concerns, utilizing data mining skills to provide critical information to the repair center supervisor.
- Manage repair inventory, maintaining order and cleanliness in stock areas.
- Prepare technical instructions for parts installation, RMA procedures, and other technical writing to support dealers.
- Fulfill service orders, including reviewing orders, pulling complex electronics parts from the warehouse, testing and programming parts, setting up for customers, boxing and preparing parts for shipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required, with emphasis on proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
