Key Responsibilities

As a full- or part-time Learning Leader - Cosmetology Instructor at Paul Mitchell Schools, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience in cosmetology education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
