Fitness Center Representative

Overview: The Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center is seeking a team player to provide exceptional customer service. As a full-time or part-time representative, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in guest services and be able to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends. This position offers a range of benefits, including a free lift pass, discounts on food and retail purchases, and access to Nordic trails.

Responsibilities:

  • Check-in guests and distribute locker keys and towels
  • Sell day passes and memberships, as well as merchandise, gift cards, and gift certificates
  • Book appointments for racquetball and massages
  • Prepare and serve food and alcohol in the cafe location, while maintaining a safe and responsible environment
  • Answer phones and collect various forms of payment
  • Fold and stock towels, maintain hot tubs, and perform other maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

  • An accommodating and cooperative team player with previous guest service experience
  • Flexible availability to meet business demands

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a free lift pass, discounts on food and retail purchases, access to Nordic trails, and an end-of-season loyalty bonus.
