Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation smart grid solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud platforms, and product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create and execute strategic roadmaps for our next-generation products, focusing on SaaS and cloud solutions.
  • Product Requirements: Support ongoing developments and new projects by detailing and managing product requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and internal teams to formulate compelling product roadmaps, value propositions, and business cases.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analyses to ensure our products remain ahead of industry trends.
  • Product Documentation: Develop product documentation, technical notes, white papers, and marketing collateral.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support product development and respond to RFPs.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve engineering, manufacturing, and customer deployment issues.
  • Process Improvement: Lead and contribute to strong company-wide product management processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the smart grid or utility industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical expertise in software development, especially in SaaS and cloud platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with streetlighting, electric meters, commercial IoT, and relevant protocols.
  • Product Launch: Proven success in defining and launching products and developing effective product strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 25% of the time.
Preferred Skills
  • Utility Market Experience: Experience in the utility market and working with global teams.
  • AI Knowledge: Knowledge of AI applications within the industry.
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with companies like A-B, Schneider, or similar in the utility and smart grid sectors.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
