General Overview:


The Risk Management Specialist will collaborate closely with the executive team, including the
CEO and CCO, to enhance, support, and uphold a comprehensive risk management framework, policies, and reporting systems.

This role demands exceptional communication abilities, a knack for multitasking while maintaining a keen attention to detail, along with substantial knowledge and experience in the futures and options sector.


Key Responsibilities:
Monitor client risk and trading exposure.

Perform risk exposure analyses, including stress testing.

Conduct trade evaluations of client accounts to ensure compliance with fair trading practices, as necessary.

Oversee the risk management processes.

Continuously refine the firm's risk management framework.

Issue margin calls and mitigate position risks as needed.

Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of the firm's Risk Management Procedures.

Facilitate risk management training sessions.

Develop innovative programs and tools to bolster our extensive risk management infrastructure.

Manage various short-term and long-term initiatives to enhance efficiencies and control coverage.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant industry experience.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical/business field.

Proficient understanding of regulated instruments, including derivatives, options, and futures.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.

Dependable, committed, and possessing a high level of integrity.
