Position: Fitness Manager

As the Fitness Manager at UFC Gym, you will be instrumental in enhancing the overall member experience while supervising the effectiveness of our Personal Training and MMA coaching staff. Your role encompasses staff recruitment, training, club administration, and engaging in personal training sessions with members.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing team of fitness coaches
  • Ensure the engagement and productivity of the Personal Training and MMA team
  • Establish and monitor revenue and service objectives
  • Address member service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide on-floor assistance to members during private training sessions
  • Conduct evaluations of club sales performance and assess individual staff performance
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Personal Training methodologies and fitness equipment usage
  • Knowledgeable about company protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Organized with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience Requirements:
  • At least one certification from a recognized fitness organization
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of one year of experience, with management experience being advantageous
