We are seeking a Per Diem Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Swedish Medical Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-eligible/board-certified nurse practitioner to work in a well-established team and enjoy a great quality of life in the Pacific Northwest.

Job Summary

The Per Diem Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner will work in a hospital setting, providing high-quality care to patients with serious illnesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide palliative care to patients with serious illnesses
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Board-eligible/board-certified nurse practitioner
  • Experience in palliative care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Swedish Medical Group offers a competitive compensation package, including hourly rates between $70 and $70. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
