QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 15 years of overall experience in the IT field, with a preference for technology infrastructure experience. Application development experience is advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects within a portfolio, along with a bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office is required.
  • Financial literacy is essential, including budgeting, accounting, and credit management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, including the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and contracts.
  • PMP Certification through PMI or qualification under the Commonwealth of Virginia is preferred.
