We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals who share our passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young patients. As a key member of our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of pediatric clients, providing personalized interventions and treatments tailored to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address a wide variety of pediatric diagnoses, ensuring high-quality care and achieving outstanding outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and shared goals for each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pediatric physical therapy, adhering to state licensure regulations and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. Benefits include employer-sponsored health insurance, access to Aflac and dental insurance, employer-matched 401(k), paid time off, 9 paid holidays, 20% childcare discount, annual continuing education stipend, paid CPR, AED, and First Aid training, and no nights or weekends.
