Job Summary:

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Modoc Medical Center. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg or ER setting, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse.
  • Current licensure in good standing in the state of California.
  • ACLS, PALS, and CPR certification mandatory.
  • Ability to work with others at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively.
  • Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be a team player, confidential of sensitive data, respectful of all other staff members, considerate of other people's time, and accountable for work output.

Benefits:

  • Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
  • Contract weeks: 91.
