Job Summary:- Provide emergency care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.
- Assess patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work effectively in a high-stress environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple patients simultaneously.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications may be required.
