Position Summary:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with potential for additional hours as needed.
  • On-Site Requirement: This role necessitates physical presence at the corporate office or job site during core business hours.
  • Compensation: Annual salary range of $95,000 to $105,000, inclusive of a monthly car allowance and potential profit-sharing opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily construction, with a relevant certification or degree.
  • At least 6 years of multifamily construction experience without certification.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and engineering principles.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Experience with Procore is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and updating project schedules, including subcontractor coordination and material deliveries.
  • Support pre-construction activities such as take-offs and bid solicitation.
  • Facilitate the procurement of competitive bids for construction projects, including liaising with utilities and local agencies.
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Assist in drafting Purchase Orders, Back-Charges, and Change Orders, while monitoring subcontractor agreements.
  • Participate in daily project meetings and assist in identifying and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure project tasks are prioritized for smooth progress and oversee responsibilities assigned to team members and subcontractors.
  • Maintain site organization and cleanliness, ensuring progress aligns with completion targets.
  • Track and process product submittals as necessary.
  • Assist in reviewing and processing monthly payment applications, including site visits for completion verification.
  • Enforce safety standards on the project site consistently.
  • Support timely project completions within budget while adhering to company quality standards.
