About the Role:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Methodist Healthcare Ministries, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our medical clinic. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians or providers.
  • Prepare patients for exams, treatments, or procedures.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding their conditions and ongoing care.
  • Document medical records accurately and assist physicians in maintaining medical records.
  • Maintain supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Respond to calls and questions from patients and physicians.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program required.
  • Two years of related experience in hospital, clinical setting, or related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Licensed by the Board of Nurse Examiners in the State of Texas as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • BASIC Life Support Certification required.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
