Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance on energy and water savings, project viability, and technical, energy, environmental, and economic benefits analyses.
  • Support all phases of U.S. government program or project management, from project inception to closeout.
  • Synthesize and analyze data and models related to energy technologies and trends.
  • Develop technical communications, including reports, white papers, fact sheets, research summaries, and briefings.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze technical reports and assessments.
  • Conduct internet and literature research.
  • Engage and communicate with internal and external program stakeholder groups.
  • Conduct research and analysis of energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, and decarbonization programs and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials, Chemical, or other relevant Engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in clean energy research and development programs.
Preferred Skills
  • Masters degree/or PhD in Materials, Chemical, or other relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experience with client-facing consulting roles.
  • High level of self-motivation and interest in support of U.S. government energy programs.
  • Experience working with U.S. federal government agencies.
