The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the video-conferencing space and creating technology roadmaps. They will also research trends and make recommendations for software and equipment purchases, lead projects to upgrade video-conferencing and live streaming capabilities, and work in collaboration with internal customers and vendors to produce a variety of video products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical guidance and support to the video-conferencing team, including creating technology roadmaps and recommending software and equipment upgrades.
  • **Project Management**: Lead projects to upgrade video-conferencing and live streaming capabilities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • **Video Production**: Work with internal customers and vendors to produce high-quality video products, including live streaming, video conferencing, and digital distribution.
  • **Technical Operations**: Operate and maintain audio visual equipment, including cameras, switchers, and audio mixers, and ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
  • **Communication**: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, and provide training and support as needed.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: 5-7 years of experience in audio visual technology, with a strong background in video production and live streaming.
  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • **Skills**: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of audio and video equipment, software, and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers and vendors.
