About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Team Member to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and sanitize all dishes, flatware, and glassware to the highest standards.
  • Sort and store dishes, flatware, and glassware in a manner that prevents breakage and ensures efficient use of storage space.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Assist other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during peak periods.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
