At Ebenezer, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility. We offer a competitive compensation package, with hourly wages starting at $28, determined by relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Care Provider, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personalized care based on individual care plans, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, and reporting any changes in resident status to the appropriate staff.
- Providing support during daily activities and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Documenting care in our electronic medical record system.
- Collaborating with team members to address resident and family concerns.
Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 60 hours every two weeks, with full-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including every other weekend and holidays.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be an active Nursing Assistant, Registered (NAR) on the Minnesota Department of Health Nursing Assistant Registry by your start date.
- Alternatively, be enrolled in Ebenezer's Nursing Assistant Course or Pre-CNA job program, with a four-month period to become active on the registry.
