Job Overview: Parkview Health seeks an experienced and compassionate Supervisor Outpatient Therapy to oversee our therapy services. This critical leadership role requires a deep understanding of speech-language pathology and physical therapy principles, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (SLP) or equivalent.
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three years of experience as a PT or SLP, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required if assigned to drive a company vehicle.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a salary range of $105,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan.
