Job Description

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to play a key role in administering and developing our company's total rewards programs.

This position is vital in ensuring that our compensation, benefits, incentives, and bonuses are competitive and compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and participate in the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure the company remains compliant with all state and federal pay regulations.
  • Work closely with the Associate Development team to gather performance data necessary for administering total rewards programs effectively.
  • Collect and organize wage trends, compensation surveys, market data, and internal performance information.
  • Analyze compensation data and create comprehensive reports on job performance, wage trends, and market pricing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or human resources.
  • Strong analytical abilities, particularly in working with large data sets and using data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
