POSITION SUMMARY

At Trinity Health, we are seeking a skilled RN II Preadmission Nurse to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across various age groups
* Participate in performance improvement, in-service, safety, and cost management initiatives
* Conduct pre-operative interviews and provide pre/post-operative teaching, screening, and chart documentation

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

* Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure
* CPR certification required within orientation period
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
* Official diploma or transcript from the school/university from where degree was received
* Experience preferred, but not required
