The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Neurosciences is in search of a dedicated, full-time, board-certified Ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma. This role will encompass an active clinical practice at the University of Minnesota, with potential involvement at additional satellite facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and educate medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Engage in curriculum development and educational initiatives.
- Participate in research projects and academic activities, either as a collaborator or an independent researcher.
- Involve in faculty development activities aligned with personal career aspirations.
Qualifications
- MD degree with completion of an Ophthalmology residency and a fellowship in glaucoma.
- Board certification in Ophthalmology and eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical research and scholarly activities.
