About the Role

GardaWorld seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have three years of experience in a high-volume call center environment, with a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. They will also possess advanced knowledge of business office operations and be proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Experience with Siebel CRM software is strongly preferred. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
