Security Response Team Assistant/Guard

Precise Systems is seeking a highly skilled Security Response Team Assistant/Guard to support our customer in Patuxent River, MD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing security services, patrolling and inspecting the property, and protecting customer investments.
Key Responsibilities- Security Services: Provide security services twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week.
- Patrolling and Inspections: Patrols and inspects the property to protect against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism, and illegal activity.
- Protecting Customer Investments: Protect customer investments, control building access, deter criminal activity, and perform physical security checks of secure access areas.
- Log Maintenance: Maintain an activity log including patrol activities, anti-terrorism measures, fire alarms, and intrusion alarms.
- Communication: Capable of interpreting, comprehending, and implementing instructions, standard operating procedures, and personnel directives.
- Emergency Response: Capable of utilizing telephone and radio communications to call for assistance from police, fire or emergency medical services as the situation dictates.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude and interact well with others.
- Leadership: Able to take charge and direct others in emergency situations and show good judgment.
- Adaptability: Must demonstrate good common sense; follow directions and directives from supervisors.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Clean Driving Record: A motor vehicle record (MVR) with no more than one moving violation, at-fault or impaired infractions, or traffic-related convictions for 5 years.
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Associates Degree: Associates Degree preferred.
- Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 2 years equivalent relevant work experience.
