Job Title: Program Protection Security Analyst

JHNA Technology Security Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Protection Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing security processes to protect classified information and ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5200.01 Vol. 1-3, DODI 5200.02, and other applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine clerical and administrative functions in support of the E2/C2 ITT
  • Schedule and coordinate conference rooms for unclassified and classified meetings
  • Working knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
  • Check clearances, verify visits, and send visits as needed
  • Issue visitor badges to all visitors
  • Be the back up to the Security Coordinator for issuing building access badges
  • Open/Close Labs and Secure Conference room as a support function with the Security Coordinator and other ITT members
  • Understand how to receive and sign for classified packages
Qualifications:
  • Strong initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision
  • Problem solving/process improvement skills
  • A strong administrative skillset. Must have a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An Active Secret clearance
  • Working knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Working knowledge of DISS
  • Worked with BASIC II and Hummingbird systems
  • Understand SAAR-N forms

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
