Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping floors.
    • Ensure that all store equipment and fixtures are in good working condition.
  • Team Support
    • Assist the Retail Management team with register transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.
    • Support the team in achieving sales goals and meeting customer needs.

Requirements and Skills

  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Ability to interpret and follow instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day.
    • Ability to lift and bend up to 75% of a standard work day.
    • Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical activity.
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous retail experience preferred.
