Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Aide to join our team at Carolina Therapeutic Services. As a member of our team, you will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions with children, youth and/or adults receiving specialty mental health services in their homes or residential placements.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and families in need. As a Behavioral Health Aide, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, providing direct home-based behavioral health services and support.

You will be responsible for participating in the treatment planning process, providing direct services as indicated in the Individual Plan of Care (IPOC)/Treatment Plan, and assisting the team leader in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide direct home-based behavioral health services and support
  • Assist the team leader in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master's Degree in the Human Service field with one year of full-time post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served.

Alternatively, you may hold a Graduate degree from a college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a human service field, accompanied by less than two years of full-time post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served.

A competitive salary range for this position is $16.50 - $20.50 per hour.
