Prepress Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Floater to join our dynamic print team at LightFire Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality output of our print products.

• Prepress Setup and Preparation: Assist in the setup and preparation of graphics for printing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Print Preparation and Cutting: Prepare and cut prints to the required specifications, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
• Equipment Operation: Operate heat-press machinery and printers to ensure high-quality print transfers, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Production Support: Provide support in multiple areas of production as needed, helping to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Prepress Experience: Experience in prepress or graphic setup is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and quality control skills are essential for this role.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are necessary for success in this position.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities is crucial.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs, as some physical work is involved.
