Prepress Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Floater to join our dynamic print team at LightFire Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality output of our print products.

• Assist in the setup and preparation of graphics for printing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare and cut prints to the required specifications, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
• Operate heat-press machinery and printers to ensure high-quality print transfers, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Provide support in multiple areas of production as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines, collaborating with the production team to achieve these goals.

• Experience in prepress or graphic setup is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks, with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs, as some physical work is involved.
