About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including Gracie Ballroom, Huling Hall, Bridal Cottage, and the Floral Cottage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day Cleaning Tasks: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including daily cleaning tasks, restocking of cleaning supplies, and communication with the Operations Director.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules around event calendars to ensure that all indoor spaces are clean and presentable for clients and guests.
  • Deep Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform weekly, monthly, and seasonal deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, carpet cleaning, and furniture maintenance.
  • Uniform and Linen Management: Launder team uniforms and linens as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
