We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center. As an Outpatient Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to clients, including medication administration, assessments, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote recovery and well-being.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health topics and medication management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current and valid registration as a professional nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- At least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience as a registered nurse in a recognized hospital, clinic, or medical facility.
- Six months of experience in a supervisory, administrative, or managerial capacity.
- Experience working with individuals with serious, persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and/or homelessness.
- Bilingual or multilingual fluency, given the population served.
