ECare Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and services within professional teams under the direct or indirect supervision of a Physician.
- Develop a rapport with patients and families and provide education on health and wellness.
- Document patient care and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Order and conduct medical investigations under the supervision of a Physician.
- Assess the condition and needs of the patient based on interviews, interactions, and observations.
- Perform selected diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
- Order and interpret patient laboratory and radiological results.
- Complete any mandatory training outlined by our organization.
- See and assess patients who are in need of medical care.
- Also responsible for pre-op and post-op follow-ups and facilitating referrals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well with all team members.
- Daily CCM's to be done during slow times.
- Excellent initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot with creative thinking.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
- Full-time or Part-time hours available.
- Salary will be discussed in the interview.
