Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories, including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home decor.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, store manager, and assistant manager to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders as needed.
