Financial Planning Leadership Opportunity

At Rockland Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning to lead our Investment Management group in delivering exceptional financial services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients through personalized financial strategies and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead responsibility for the financial planning experience for Rockland Trust's Investment Management clients.
  • Oversee investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, and protection planning.
  • Work with the Relationship Management team to ensure current key clients receive a financial plan.
  • Design the fee schedule for services provided within the Investment Management Group.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or one of the following designations or licenses: CIMA, CIMC, CFA, CFP, ChFC or CPA license.
  • 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • 5 years minimum of crafting and delivering financial plans to private clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to build and lead a team also preferred.
