Job Overview

Serve as a central project coordinator for a unit or college to ensure successful execution with expectations met for both clients and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development of program and project objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives for strategic communications, marketing, and event teams.
  • Provide oversight of the execution, deliverables, and timeliness for all types of projects.
  • Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions, and develop action steps for program and project improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for program and project initiatives.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to engage participants both internally and externally and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • May conduct research and other benchmark information to understand all facets of project reach.
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Preferred Qualifications

One (1) year of relevant experience in program or project coordination.

Work Environment
  • Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
