Join the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in the District of Columbia as we seek a highly skilled ERP Applications Support Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional financial systems support.

About the Role

The OCFO is responsible for enhancing the fiscal and financial stability, accountability, and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia. As an ERP Applications Support Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing Oracle Financial and Oracle EPM functional analysis, providing solutions to resolve issues impacting business operations, and ensuring timely upgrades, patching, testing, and implementation of DIFS modifications and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of functional analysts, overseeing the implementation of enhancements, modifications, upgrades, and patches
  • Monitor project team progression and coordinate with the OCIO Support Center technical team to implement approved changes/updates into production
  • Manage and resolve ERP and EPM Level 1 and 2 non-technical support issues for business owners, system users, and other stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least six (6) years of progressive work experience performing related duties and responsibilities, including overseeing financial systems and processes, leading business teams to implement system enhancements and resolve system issues, providing project management oversight, and experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite and/or Oracle Financial Cloud. Additionally, you must have at least one (1) year of work experience supervising or providing direction and guidance to lower-level staff, as well as knowledge of public sector accounting and municipal financial operations.
