Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate clinical services to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
- Provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician
- Ensure patient needs are continually assessed and care rendered is individualized to patient needs
- Review assessments and plans of care daily and consult with clinicians as necessary
- Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
