Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will operate from the construction site and will oversee projects from initial concept through to completion. Responsibilities include assisting with preconstruction activities, managing contract negotiations, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a successful project management team.
  • Creative, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Physical capability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
  • Able to lift objects weighing at least 50 lbs.
