Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate passenger boarding and disembarking
  • Oversee computerized passenger boarding procedures
  • Assist customers with special requirements, including arranging wheelchairs and managing unaccompanied minors
  • Modify customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as necessary
  • Operate the Jetway efficiently
  • Handle baggage and cargo loading and unloading
  • Utilize motorized service vehicles and equipment
  • Guide and park aircraft safely
  • Perform cabin maintenance duties
  • Collaborate as a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve corporate goals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Successful completion of the required training program
  • Ability to meet organizational objectives and customer expectations in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in the airline industry
  • Background in front-line customer service roles
  • Basic understanding of computer applications and software

Work Environment:

  • Utilization of computers, telephones, and other office equipment
  • Exposure to an airport ramp environment, with varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular hours

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent activities including stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs
  • Regularly handle objects weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Assist passengers with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs
