Job Summary

The LPN will play a vital role in providing medical care and support to our residents, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for long-term recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medication and maintain accurate medical records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and transporting clients to medical appointments
  • Monitor detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish a therapeutic environment

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compliance with MAT program protocols
