About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Golden Bear Physical Therapy in Cleburne, TX.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide assistance to patient treatment, develop and implement customized physical therapy programs, and ensure seamless communication with referring physicians and therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physical therapists to design and deliver individualized treatment plans.
  • Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy, including exercises and equipment training.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians, therapists, and trainers regarding patient therapy and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
