Executive Chef

**About the Job**

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at bb.q CHICKEN Apple Park. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality chicken dishes to meet the needs of our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook a variety of chicken dishes, including white 8pcs, yellow 8pcs, white boneless, yellow boneless, yellow wings, and BB wings.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, including the fryers and surrounding areas.
• Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of orders to the front-of-house staff.
• Cook side dishes, such as French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings, and Cheese Sticks.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or associate degree in culinary studies or food and hospitality management.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced food-serving establishment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Salary and Benefits:*

*Estimated annual salary: $55,000-$65,000.*
