About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for training and supporting hospital and clinical staff during product introduction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective implementation strategies and provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and Support IDN/Hospital staff on Product within workflow and compliance guidelines
  • Prior Experience in clinical settings such as Emergency Department, Medical Clinic, Inpatient Floor preferred
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective implementation strategies
  • Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and understanding of the drug/device combo product and its implications for the hospital and patient
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor insights to support product positioning and commercialization efforts
  • Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation and feedback
  • Travel: Up to 60% of the time

Requirements

  • Experience and familiarity with clinical environment
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation status and feedback
  • Utilize Microsoft suite of products to communicate messages internally and externally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including networking, influencing, presentation, and written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education Bachelor's Degree, Medical technician, RN/BSN, or LPN
  • Experience and/or Training Experience and comfort in clinical settings (ED, Outpatient, Inpatient)
  • Licenses/Certificates Driving Record
  • Technology/Equipment Fully functional in Microsoft Suite Programs
