**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Coordinator to join our team at Self Regional Healthcare. As a Food Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading unit personnel on assigned shifts, communicating with department leadership, and ensuring that services to patients are provided professionally, accurately, and timely.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead unit personnel on assigned shifts and communicate with department leadership to identify and resolve problems
* Oversee daily work flow duties and ensure that services to patients are provided as professionally, accurately, and timely as possible
* Assist with scheduling assignments and cover the schedule or assign personnel to cover the schedule in a team member's absence
* Perform weekly audits and train new team members
* Maintain and complete food service and DHEC records, including refrigerator and dish room logs
* Monitor product dates and use by dates to ensure best quality
* Uphold all DHEC and DNV regulations regarding food safety, facility upkeep, cleaning, and sanitation

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work any shift hours
