Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to provide expert care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in labor and delivery care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current RN license in the state of Illinois.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • CPR, NRP certification, and ACLS/PALS experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of hospital experience as a postpartum nurse, preferably in a Labor and Delivery unit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of patient satisfaction.
