Position Overview
As a Hearing Specialist, you will provide a wide range of audiological services to a diverse patient demographic, including both children and elderly individuals. Your role will focus on the evaluation and management of hearing and balance disorders, as well as the proactive prevention of such conditions.

Educational Requirements
Applicants must possess a Doctorate in Audiology or an equivalent qualification, such as a Master's degree accompanied by relevant experience.

Experience Requirements
Completion of a recognized clinical externship is mandatory. A background of 1-3 years in a clinical setting is preferred.

Licensure and Certification
Candidates must hold a valid license to practice in the State of Vermont. Eligibility for CCC-A or ABA Board Certification is also required.

Essential Skills and Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients from various socio-economic backgrounds. Proficiency in basic Microsoft desktop applications and navigation is also necessary.
