4. Document findings and prepare actionable recommendations for the adoption of improved systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
5. Plan and execute studies on work-related issues, including organizational transformations, communication flows, integrated production techniques, inventory management, and cost evaluations.
6. Interview staff and perform on-site assessments to understand unit functions, tasks performed, and resources utilized.
7. Create comprehensive manuals and provide training to employees on new forms, reports, and procedures in alignment with company policies.
8. Review documentation and liaise with management and users to discuss format, distribution, and objectives, identifying areas for enhancement.
9. Develop and implement a records management program to ensure proper filing, protection, and retrieval of documents, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
10. Design, assess, recommend, and approve modifications to forms and reports as necessary.
11. Advise on the acquisition of storage solutions and plan the layout for optimal equipment placement.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 24 months of relevant experience is required. Candidates must be willing to travel temporarily to client locations across the U.S.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
